Should an end user have any issues that cannot be resolved in store, you can log on to COMTEK website to firstly check the TROUBLE SHOOTING guide

If the trouble shooting guide fails to address the problem- please fill out the RMA section which will activate COMTEK to arrange collection, corrective action and then have the product returned.

This process will take roughly 10 days.
