Why can I not see any prices ?

We are a "trade only" website and customers must register and login to view prices.

How do I register ?

Please click on any of the "Login" buttons or go to "My Account" and continue as a new customer and fill out the registration form. You will then have to wait for us to activate your account before you can view any prices.

I have registered and logged in but I still cannot see any prices, what am I doing wrong ?

Once we have received your application form we will usually activate your account within the same working day, however activation can take upto 24 hours. You will receive an email confirmation once your account has been activated, until then you will not be able to view any prices.

Why has my account has not been activated and it has been over 24 hours since I registered ?

All required information has to been filled in correctly for the account to be activated.

What is is my Username and Password ?

Your Username is your email address and your Password is the one you created when you registered.

If you have forgotten your password you can request a new one and this will be sent to your email address.

What is the minimum order ?

€100.00 or Carriage of €7.50 will be charged

How much does delivery cost and how long will it take to receive my order ?

Delivery In Ireland

Orders of less than €100 +vat will have a delivery charge of €7.50+vat.
